Use this DynaTrap DT1100 Insect Trap Replacement Bulb (41050) to replace the UV bulb found on your DynaTrap DT1100 Insect Trap (sold separately). The bulb is a 7-watt UV fluorescent bulb that works by creating warmth and UV rays that will attract and lure mosquitoes and other flying insects into the DynaTrap insect trap. The bulb is designed to last for approximately 3000 hours or 4 months, which ever comes first. After this time, you will need to replace the bulb even if it still looks like it is working, because the UV rays will decrease and the trap's ability to lure and attract mosquitoes will have been diminished.
